Out team plays a key role in making that happen - each member brings valuable experience from different industries, helping us approach every job with skill, case, and attention to detail, even down to the paperwork and aftercare information provided.
Shane
Director
Shane is the Director and driving force behind Them Paint Guys. His passion for cars started early, inspired by his dad, who passed down both knowledge and a deep love for all things automotive. Before founding the business, Shane spent several years in the Housing sector, but eventually decided to follow his passion full-time.
What began as a hobby soon became a career, as he gained hands-on experience in the sector before going independent in 2022. Since then, he’s grown Them Paint Guys from a one-man operation into a thriving limited company. Under Shane’s leadership, the business has gone from a small premises to now operates across two units.
Kelly
Business Operations Director
From the very beginning, Kelly has played a key role in shaping Them Paint Guys. While working full-time in the police service, she supported the business behind the scenes—developing the brand, designing the logo, creating paperwork and promotional materials, and keeping the social media presence consistent and engaging.
With over 20 years of experience in administration across the local authority, housing, and the police—including six years in project management—Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, structure, and creativity to the business. In July 2025, she officially joined Them Paint Guys full-time, bringing her skills and dedication into the heart of the company’s day-to-day operations.
Shelby
The Boss
Shelby is the real boss at Them Paint Guys—and she takes her role very seriously (unless she’s napping). Most days, you’ll find her either snoozing under the desk in her bed, stretched out on the office sofa, or proudly parading around with one of her beloved squeaky balls—bonus points if it’s loud and disruptive.
She’s the first to greet customers with a wagging tail and makes sure the team stays on track… unless there’s a tennis ball involved, in which case all bets are off. Equal parts supervisor, mascot, and professional napper, Shelby keeps the office running with smiles, chaos, and a whole lot of love.
McKenzie
Apprentice
McKenzie joined Them Paint Guys in September 2025 as an Apprentice, completing a day a week in college to obtain his qualification.
Since starting with us, McKenzie has quickly become a valuable part of the team, helping to move the business forward by supporting the completion of more work to a high standard. His positive attitude and willingness to learn makes him a great asset to the business.
